When MDLT acquired Rock Springs Ranch in 2019, it was at risk of degradation by development and unauthorized off-highway vehicle recreation. Our volunteer community rallied together to help MDLT protect this 595-acre nature preserve. Thanks to your efforts, both chaparral and desert species thrive in this remarkable ecotone.  You can become a part of the MDLT volunteer community and help us steward this beautiful preserve!
